We have a great opportunity for a Sr. Director of Projects to join our growing company!

 

The Sr. Director of Projects will act as a trusted partner, providing high-level strategic and operational support to the CRO and the CDS organization. This role involves overseeing and managing key strategic projects, ensuring efficient scheduling, and coordinating the planning and rollout of critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or a similar role. Experience supporting executive leadership is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization, partnering with all key departments.
  • Track progress on key projects, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive results.
  • Assist in managing the CRO’s calendar to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and optimal time utilization.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared and aligned.
  • Provide guidance and support in executing strategies for organizational growth and revenue optimization.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the success of initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to refine processes and ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop detailed rollout plans for new projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Communicate timelines, goals, and expectations to relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the adoption and impact of initiatives across the organization.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CRO, providing strategic input and anticipating organizational needs.
  • Represent the CRO in meetings and communications, as needed.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment among leadership and teams to achieve company objectives.
