Step right up! Our Director-in-Training program is your ticket to becoming a superstar School Director. This isn’t just any training — it’s a vibrant, hands-on 3-month adventure, including a one-week onsite boot camp in beautiful Clayton, NC, where you’ll dive into everything from hiring your dream team and mastering budgets to rocking marketing and curriculum know-how. 

Complete the program with flying colors, and you could snag a permanent spot as School Director — an offer you won’t want to say no to! 

Who We’re Looking For: 

• A leader with 1–3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role 

• Someone with a CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field 

• Certified or licensed as required by your state — you know the drill! 

• A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff 

• A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace 

• Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed
